Berry & Flax Smoothie

For the prettiest color, use a mixture of berries with a lot of blueberries in this healthy smoothie recipe. Flaxseed oil adds heart-healthy omega-3 fats, making this a serious power smoothie.

Ingreadients :

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil

Step by Step :

  1. Blend berries, spinach, yogurt and flaxseed oil in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides and stir as needed.
