Blueberry-Cranberry Smoothie

Ready to try kefir? We use it in place of yogurt in this healthy smoothie recipe packed with berries and banana.

Ingreadients :

  • ½ frozen medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup low-fat plain kefir

Step by Step :

  1. Combine banana, blueberries, cranberries and kefir in a blender. Puree until smooth.
