Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork
This cranberry pork is sweet, tangy, and easy to make. The sauce is also good with chicken. Try serving with rice and onion rings.
Ingreadients :
- 1 (3 pound) boneless pork loin roast
- 1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- ⅓ cup French salad dressing
Step by Step :
- Place pork roast in a slow cooker.
- Stir together cranberry sauce, onion, and salad dressing in a medium bowl; pour over pork roast.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of roast should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
