Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin joins diced tomatoes and an array of spices in your slow cooker, resulting in a great dish that can be served in several ways.

Ingreadients :

  • 2 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground ancho chile powder

Step by Step :

  1. Place pork tenderloin into a slow cooker.
  2. Stir tomatoes, onion, garlic, water, oregano, brown sugar, and ancho chile powder together in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork tenderloin.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
  4. Remove tenderloin from the slow cooker. Slice or chop; serve topped with some tomato sauce from slow cooker.
