Warm apple tart Tatin

per serving

6 green apples

100g caster sugar

100g puff pastry

Serves 4

Spread 100g of unsalted butter evenly over a Tatin pan. Sprinkle caster sugar over the butter

Peel, core, and slice the apples. Fan the slices out over the butter and sugar to fill the area.

Roll out the puff pastry and cover the apples. Cook on the hob on a medium heat for 6 minutes to caramelise the sugar.

Bake at 1800C for 30 minutes, the turn out onto a plate. Serve warm, garnish with raspberries, pulled sugar, and vanilla ice cream
