650ml coconut cream 250ml coconut milk 20g chia seeds
4 raspberries

4 popsicle sticks

Simmer all the popsicle ingredients with 100ml of water over a low heat, stirring continuously, until they are evenly mixed.

Take off the heat and let the mixture cool.
Pour into four popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.

Serve the chilled mix in a martini glass,
garnished with the mixed berries and chocolate syrup.
